As part of your association subscription, you can create custom teams based on skill and age levels and assign coaches to them. To avoid confusion, ensure that each team has a unique identifier.

2. Managing Skill Levels

  • In the Skill Level popup, you can customize your teams by skill.

  • Add: Create new skill levels by entering, for example, "AAA" and either pressing the Shift button or clicking the Add Skill Level button.

  • Delete: To remove a skill level, click the trash icon.

  • Reorder: Click and drag the pancake icon to rearrange skill levels.

Tip: Creating unique skill levels for your teams reduces confusion. See more details below.

3. Managing Age Levels.

  • Age levels are structured similarly to skill levels. Common examples in youth sports include U7, U8, and U9 (for "Under 7 Age", "Under 8 Age", etc.).

  • Add: Create new age levels by entering, for example, "U7" and either pressing the Shift button or clicking the Add Age Level button.

  • Delete: To remove an age level, click the trash icon.

  • Reorder: Click and drag the pancake icon to adjust the order of age levels.

Creating Unique Teams

To avoid confusion, especially in sports like hockey where skill levels often have multiple teams (e.g., AAA, AA, A), itโ€™s essential to assign unique team names. For example, if you have multiple "AAA U7" teams, consider naming them "AAA Gold," "AAA Green," or "AAA Blue" to distinguish them.
