What happens when you apply a Station Tag
Stations: 2 creates a Stations: 2 folder under your Personal library
Stations: 4 files into Stations: 4
Station-Based Plans files into Station-Based Plans
Why being specific matters
A practice labeled “stations” can mean a lot of different setups. The station count changes:
Groups: group sizes and rep volume
Coaches: teaching coverage and feedback
Gear: equipment needs
Flow: rotation time and transitions
Pace: intensity and tempo
That is why Stations: 1 through Stations: 6 exists. It helps you repeat what worked without rebuilding from scratch.
Naming tip (keeps things consistent)
